A Minneapolis native, I came to NYC a decade ago to build a creative career. As a consultant and performance artists, I’ve been connected with NY natives and newcomers alike to create a vibrant community of artists, tastemakers, marketers and designers. 

I specialize in marketing, communications and am passionate about fashion, beauty and wellness. Over 10 years in NYC, I’ve led end-to-end marketing strategies studied design at the School of Visual Arts, developed websites for accessibility and increased sales, and grown brands from scratch to maturity.  

As a movement instructor certified in Mat Pilates, Liquid Motion and Nutrition, I’m focused on building diverse spaces for all body types and abilities. Outside of client work, I teach classes, dance and create content for my personal brand.
